Rocky was able to go on the roof, make markings to show insurance exactly where the issues are and made the process so much easier so that when the insurance came out, they really could not argue the case. Rocky has the technology needed for both photos and weather information that makes a ton of difference in knowing how to communicate with insurance as well. The team came out and did a great and quick job ensuring the quality that was established early on.
